Let me try to understand this .... rubber industry pays cess. The research output from research institute as recipient of this cess then belongs to industry? Questions: does cess pay for creativity generated from innovators?

Yesterday  i got a call from Nokia in MINES that they wanted my warranty card. They said my Nokia Lumia 920 board is faulty. I have been having problem in detecting wifi router and then frequent restart. i told Nokia people at MINES about this problem and they said that i need to set something at the router. Heck ... i can see my neighbours' router. I could not even detect router at BRJ (Mamak restaurant). My android has no problem detecting all available. I figured ... maybe factory reset will solve the problem. So i did just that ... WOW ... it stuck and never recovers. Hope they can replace with a new phone ... :) still waiting.
